If your order has not yet shipped, please send an email [email protected] with your order number and your request. If your order is already fulfilled, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel or change any part of the order.
Cancellations for modifications to custom online orders are only possible within those first 24 hours. After this time frame, any cancellation or modification request will carry a cancellation fee. From day 1-15 after the purchase date, 10% of the product price. From day 15-21, 20% of the product price. After day 21 or the already delivered product, a $30 fee will be applied.
