Please send any modification requests to customize online orders within the first 24 hours after purchase. Please email [email protected] so our team can make changes as soon as possible.

After this time frame, any cancellation or modification request will carry a cancellation fee. From day 1-15 after the purchase date, 10% of the product price. From day 15-21, 20% of the product price. 

Bespoke orders are handcrafted uniquely for you using specific leathers and colors. As such we can’t accept returns for a custom order unless there’s a design flaw.
