Where do you ship from?

Our US orders are shipped from Chicago, Illinois. European orders come from Madrid, Spain and orders for the rest of the world come from Buenos Aires, Argentina or Spain, depending on your location.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We’ve shipped to more than 100 countries and are happy to send Vaja anywhere in the world. If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, just email [email protected] and we’ll be happy to add it.

Do I have to pay tax, VAT or duties on my order?

All European orders, shipped out from Madrid, Spain have all the import duties and taxes included. Orders from the UK, Switzerland or any other non-EU or US countries that fall under ‘rest of the world’ will not have duties included. For US customers

How long do US orders take to arrive?

We offer USPS First-Class Mail Parcel service which takes 2 to 5 business days to any continental US address.

How long does a custom order take?
